2013 Morgan EvaGT
Outside the Pebble Beach Concours, Morgan showed off their 2013 Morgan EvaGT. It was shown in the concept area, and Morgan is saying they will start production in 2012. Morgan is not the usual auto manufacturer. Their production run will consist of 1 new car every 2 years. With a new aluminum frame and 306 bhp BMW inline 6 motor, the EvaGT will weigh in around 2700 lbs. The EvaGT loses the traditional Morgan headlights but still keeps the pre-war aura to it with a long nose and small passenger compartment. We’re hoping Morgan’s latest release will generate more interest in the brand. It would be a shame for such design prowess go to waste.
